Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify the user responsible for the content. If the user believes the material was removed in error, they may submit a counter-notification.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted on Celestial Pavilion was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may file a DMCA Counter-Notification by providing the following information:

- "I consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which my address is located, or if my address is outside of the United States, I consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Celestial Pavilion may be found, and I will accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA claim."

If a valid Counter-Notification is received, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a court action against the user within 10-14 business days.
Repeat Infringers Policy
We reserve the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who repeatedly engage in copyright infringement. A repeat infringer is a user who has had multiple DMCA takedown notices filed against them.
Modifications to this Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of Celestial Pavilion after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
